This is the ALL NEW Hyper Smooth HS03 powder coating system designed and manufactured by PSS dba Alva Technologies. Based on our HS02 technology, the HS03 boasts a full 0-100 KV adjustable gun output and delivers the most professional results possible with the affordability and simplicity of use you expect from an authentic Hyper Smooth powder coating system. What sets this unit apart from the HS02 is it' specifically designed to work with the included 1.5LB Constant Fluidizing Hopper. As such, this unit has a new controller design with 4 separate air regulators to control Powder Feed, Dosing Air, Rinse Air and Fluidizing Pressure. Finally, no need for an external air supply and regulator to control your Fluidizing Hopper. Like the HS02, the HS03 includes our new Faraday Wave Technology to help combat Faraday Cage Effect, however, on this model the time interval of the Faraday Wave is adjustable, giving the user even more control. This system comes standard with our hopper style gun which includes the Hyper Coat Multi-Coat Nozzle.
