1. Place the polisher on a workbench.
2. Link the faucet of the hand piece on machinery and the Air-water joint with plastic pipe.
3.Open the case cover, pour powder in it (about 1/3 of the total volume), then close the cover tightly.
Attention: it will be clogged when the powder is up to 1/2 volume)
Adjust the air pressure switch on the machinery to set the air pressure at 0.2-0.5MPa.
Adjust the water pressure switch on the machinery to set water pressure at 0.2-0.5MPa.
Start the operation. During the process, press the foot switch and the polisher works. Otherwise it stops.
During the treatment you can adjust the current and powder .The more powder it jets, the stronger effect. (Be sure to
switch off the air knob, otherwise it jets air without powder).
After the treatment, turn the powder adjust knob to close the powder-accordance valve, turn the air knob to open the air-accordance valve. Then press on the foot switch for a moment to clean the surplus powder (when sweeping the pipeline, swing it, and you will achieves the best effect.), for preventing clog.
The hand piece sanitization method
Dip the head of the hand piece into sanitizer and make sure that the sanitizer can cover the middle part of the hand piece.
Screw down the front part of the nozzle from the whorl, then put it in the sanitizer to antisepsis with high-pressure and high-temperature at 135 .
The air must have been filtered (remove the water vapor in the air) before it going to pipe. If the water vapor goes into the powder box, it will clog the pipe.
Don t spouting powder without water.
Don t aim at eyes when using it.
Make the nozzle facing down when setting the hand piece, guarding against dust jam.
Remove the residual powder in the pipe after the operation.
If you needn t use the polisher for a long time, clean the powder box and the pipe, make sure that there is no any powder in it.
If you find it jams in the pipe, please dredge it in time . Act as the following:
1.Pour out all the powder in the case and use a thin tinsel to dredge the powder-in-out hole until the spout unhindered.
2.Screw the nozzle from whorl, blow the two tips of the nozzle with high-pressure alternately. Clean the remaining powder until the spout unhindered.
3.Press on the foot switch to clean the remaining powder in the pipe until the pipeline unhindered.
4.If the powder curdle, can t be blew or stabbed, you can marinate it in water to dissolve the solid.
