Varian vh-6 diffusion pump
This is a Varian VH-6 diffusion pump. It's a bit old, but in good condition and the heater element is good. The internals look to be in good condition, but will need a light cleaning before use.
The heater runs on 208 VAC. Inlet is an ASA flange, 11" OD.
