Caterpillar D5H dozer lowered

The hour meter reads 4705 and to the best of my knowledge these are actual hours. The track pads are good, the rails appear to be at least 50% and possibly better and the sprockets are very good. There is one new bottom roller as stated above. I do not know why the roller was bad given the condition of the undercarraige. There is a ROPS canopy with sweeps.
The dozer has been painted in the not-to-distant past and the paint is in pretty good shape. There are some rust spots, pitting, etc. on the sheet metal, particularly on the area where the dash and the floor meet. There are Series II stickers on the dozer but I do not know if they are accurate or were put on when the painting was done. You may be able to tell by the SN.
You are welcome to come and try out this machine at our gravel pit if you are qualified to do so. I have tried to list everything I know to be wrong so that there are no surprises. If you need more information or to arrange a visit, please feel free to call me at (***) 441-5308, (***) 675-7516 or evenings at (***) 367-0311.
The leak is over the RH track, not the LH. It is somewhere on the hydraulic tank. It is very small. The machine has not been washed and you can see the staining, etc. around the tank. The original owner said it was that way when he bought it and it was so slight that he did not bother to fix it.
I just looked up the SN and the dozer is a 1986 model rather than a 1987 as stated earlier.
