The Hewlett Packard 1090 HPLC systems are the benchmark for precision, reliability and ease of use for HPLC applications. I can help you with any replacement parts your system may need since I have been repairing and troubleshooting these systems for the last 15 years. With a little time and effort, we can get your system back to a fully-functioning state. Most parts available are for the common autosampler/autoinjector/FPD systems. I don t have a lot for the DAD or manual injector systems (sorry).

Some common HP1090 replacement parts and the typical system errors:
Restriction Capillary 0.17 i.d., 500 mm lg (coil of tubing that allows syringe on autoinjector to empty out after sample injected).
Common error: Sample volume variability
Flush Valve (for autoinjector, to allow syringe backflushing).
Common error: Syringe won t backflush
Common error code: EI20, EF20, ED20
Injection Valve Sensor Board (senses when injection valve switches).
Common error code: EI02 and EI10
Cover Switch (for autosampler lid).
STAT Sample Swivel Arm Sensor Board
Common error code: EI04 and EI08
Needle Arm Sensor Board (senses when needle is up or down).
Common error code: EI03 and EI09
Syringe Home Position Sensor Board (senses when syringe is at home position).

I also offer common system components at a reasonable cost. The idea is that if we ve identified the faulty part, you simply remove it from your system, purchase the rebuildable exchange* part, send the faulty part to me to rebuild. I repair, function-test and return the part to you. If your part is broken, corroded/rusted or missing parts, the without exchange pricing would apply. You can always send a photo of your part and I can let you know if it fits the rebuildable exchange* criteria.
