I hooked this up to 115V and it powers on and I get a readout on the display but I don't know how to test it further. You can download a manual for this with specification by going to http:// /fmmimghach?/CODE:MAN95T5985|1 . At the time of this listing I have more than one of these and so you may not receive the exact unit shown in the pictures but they are all pretty much identical in condition and tested the same. Everything that is included is shown in the pictures.
