* Orders paid on Friday and over the weekend would be sent the following Monday or Tuesday. Bank Holidays are also included as weekends.
* During busy periods such as the months coming up to Christmas, we could receive an incredibly high number of orders. In these times, it may take us up to 3 workings days to process them.
Orders are mostly dispatched via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class services.
* The delivery times are based on Royal Mail s estimates and they are not guaranteed. Please understand that we have no control over the reliability of the delivery services. Nevertheless, a proof of posting is always obtained in case of non-delivery. Royal Mail considers an item to be lost only after 15 working days have passed. As such, we could only entertain claim of non-delivery after that period.
* For urgent or important order, we strongly recommend that you consider paying a little extra for traceable and/or guaranteed service such as Royal Mail s Recorded Signed For or Special Delivery; or Parcelforce courier services.
