This is a single item of new, retro style white line pointer knobs with a flat-bladed grub screw fixing, suitable for 1/4 inch shafts on electronic controls such as radio tuning and volume controls, guitar amps, valve amps, analogue synth controls etc. They are famously used on the 1970s Ladybird Book transistor radio and you can see an example and a bigger picture here:

As shown in the page from the book, they allow easy alignment to markings made on a front panel and are also suitable for attaching to the crystal set variable capacitors on my other listings.
