J-Star JS18-A 115vac electric Linear Actuator screw-jack system.
This AC linear actuator was for the reclining mechanism of a massage chair. We are guessing the #750 means it can exert that many pounds of force as it seems about right but it is just a guess. The travel of this unit is about 8" as indicated below.
Overall extended dimensions are about 24 by 6 by 4".
It has a limited duty cycle as shown in the image above.

The moving shaft external diameter looks like 1".
The only thing that works on the controller with this setup are the recline and sit buttons (the power led does come on).
The plug is there on the power supply (black box in the first image) for the other functions but we don't have any of those parts.
We have a matching unit listed separately without power supply and controller. Other similar items may be available listed separately or on request.
Might be just what you need for your modest linear actuator or screw-jack application.
Condition looks new never used. No documentation.
