This item presents as used in good physical condition with signs of normal wear and tear like scuffs and scrapes consistent with daily use.
The unit powers on with a standard power cord.(not included) The display is bright and legible and the controls are responive including the calibration screw. That is the extent that I am able to test this unit, so no further testing has been done. These measure approximately 4 and 1/4 wide by 4 and 3/4 tall by 10 and 1/2 inches including rear connectors and front handle.
No cords or accessories are included with the unit.
