500 watt power supply, 5V:50A, 12V:35A, ac or dc input

500 Watt 12 volt / 5volt power supply with mating connector
500 watt total maximum output per supply. 12 volt, 35Amp and 5 volt supply 50Amp Either output can go to this limit but the total output watts must stay under 500.
Current limiting is square not fold back. In other words it will put full output current into a short. The output voltage is reduced to maintain the current into whatever resistance is present on output. This is often a desirable feature for applications such as driving a motor, charging a battery, etc. Current limit is set between 38.5-47.25A for the 12 volt output and between 55.0-67.5A for the 5 volt output. Voltage regulation is adjustable between 11.4-12.6 volts for the 12 volt output and 4.98 and 5.5 for the 5 volt output. Adjustment is done using small potentiometers accessible through small holes on top of chassis. Input voltage needs to be between 85-264 VAC 47-63 Hz although it will also run on DC above 127 VDC.
Output connector is Positronic Industries part number PCIH47M400A1.
Output connector pin out: Pin numbers are molded into blue connector for easy identification.
Pins 45, 46, and 47 are the AC input.
Pins 27, and 39 are active low so 27 needs to be connected to RTN(ground) and Pin39 needs to be connected to 5V_standby which is a 1A 5 volt output of the supply.
Pins 30 and 31 must be connected to the output pins of the 12v supply and pins 33 and 34 must be connected to the output pins of the 5v supply. These are for remote sensing and regulating the output voltage. If these are not connected to the output, the output will hit the voltage limit and the power supply will shut down.
