Beckman integrator model 427 & manual

Beckman integrator model 427 & manual
This unit uses temperature-sensitive perforated paper for printing, 9.25 inches wide. There is a keyboard on the front with keys for all alphanumeric characters and a variety of punctuation and other symbols. The keys also have various control functions; control, print, escape, atten, cht sp, zero, level, use file, dialog, sample, calib, pr file, status, report, recalc, TFN, run time, time, PT eval, plot A, plot B, plot off, lock, abort A, abort B, int inh, delete, inj A, inj B, A <-> B and enter. There are four indicator LEDs labelled "run A", "edit A", "run B" and "edit B". On the back of the unit is a power switch and a pair of wire binding posts labelled + and -. The unit comes with a partially-used roll of paper. A copy of the manual for a model 4290 Varian integrator (a nearly identical unit by the same original manufacturer under a different brand name - this unit appears to be a rebranded Varian integrator model 4270) is included, approximately 250 pages.
The unit was plugged in and turned on. The indicator LEDs lit up but the printer would not respond; it is apparently not functioning correctly. It is unknown how easily repaired this is. The screws holding the upper casing on are missing.
One Beckman integrator model 427, one copy of instruction manual.
