* Heavy duty cast iron top grates are designed as an inverted "V" with grease troughs on both sides of each rib. This helps direct grease down toward the collecting pan in front.
* All welded steel body with stainless steel top, back splash, front valve panel and sides.
* Body is insulated with mineral wool.
* Cast iron burners with individual pilot burners 116,000 BTU's total. 14,500 BTU's per burner (8 burners).
* Top grates can be elevated at the rear. This helps control cooking times by moving food closer or further from the heat Full size removable drip pan.
