There are sites that charge about the same for listing caravans for hire for holidays, B & B sites, etc. 60 is quite reasonable. It is just over 1.00 a week for the pub.

What are the overheads, hosting,etc?
Hosting is with Xerion Hosting for at least three months at 6.50 a month depending on bandwidth. I would suggest the 6.50 because of bandwidth required.

I am based in the UK, are there any factors I need to consider regarding location?No. But see below.
Realistically - how many hours will I require to maintain this site (per day)You will need about 1 hour a day to email about 10 to 20 pubs a day asking them to join and about 3 hours at the end of the week to update the website via WYSIWYG on a RVSite Builder System.
How many unique people are clicking onto the site each month for example?There have been 1,150 unique visitors since the beginning of the year 2010, generating over 40,000 hit s a month.
NB. This is NOT some stupid 'put together in days' sort of website. A lot of time and energy has gone into the design and marketing of this website. You could even approach a publisher and produce a guide every year - Best Food Pubs. This is a genuine business that over time will produce 50,000 plus per annum.
