TRIPLEMATIC SEALANT EXTRUDER, MODEL HSG/48, is the new extruder designed for heavy duty rubber repair.If your application requires temps. outside the normal preset temperature of 180 deg. to 200 deg. range, the Hsg/48 will accommodate your needs. With its solid state temperature controller, it can be set to run at a temperature range of 150 deg. to 260 deg. with a simple turn of a dial. A powerful high torque air motor (.7 HP) extrudes as much as 38lbs. of hot rubber per hour at 90psi. Trigger control of the variable speed motor allows the operator to regulate the extrusion rate to handle any type of repair application... continuous flow, intermittent operation, small shots or beads. The item I am listing is used but in excellent condition.
