Microchip MCP6004 quad op-amp rrio vs 1.8 to 5.5 100UA
This is a Microchip MCP6004. It is an excellent general purpose CMOS quad op-amp, with similar applications to the old 741. Supply voltage range 1.8 to 5.5 V single supply rail. Quiescent supply current is approximately 100 micro amps per device, and gain-bandwidth product is 1 MHz. Common-mode input range is rail-to-rail, and output range is rail-to-rail. These devices are the industrial quality specified from -40 degrees centigrade to plus 85 degrees centigrade.
The chip comes in a SOIC 14 package.
