IQ Voice Organizer, GRAY, Model 5050.
This is a new IQ Voice organizer with user manual. They come in Gray and Black, this one is Gray. These units aren't made anymore so it is 'old stock' but the unit is completely new / unused with just the occasional small mark or scratch from being stored for a while. I always set the time and record a test message to ensure that it works. It also remembers your messages while you change batteries which I think is a nice feature. Please see pictures below. In the event that you uncover a problem with the device then I can replace it for you since I have a few of these.
