Manual I beleive is from 1943 You Don't see many of these around it is Complete and original.
Condition I would Rate as Fair. There is Oil that Has Soaked Through The Top Left Corner of the manual it Does Not affect the manual for reading. Cover is Loose from the Manual Pages have Yellowed a bit from Over the Years No Torn or Loose pages.
