On sale are a package of twenty-five (25) brand new 0.0005 mfd tubular axial leaded 630 volt metalized polypropylene film capacitors. These film capacitors are constructed of premium metalized polypropylene (ISO 9001 & 9002 certified). As are all of our film capacitors, these 630 Volt capacitors are made by ISO 9002 & 9001 certified manufacturer / OEM supplier to CDE (Cornell-Dubilier).
At higher frequencies polypropylene and polystyrene are more stable that polyester, so for film capacitors under 0.01 mfd (which are the ones that handle high frequencies), polypropylene or polystyrene capacitors are better that polyester capacitors.
