YOU PROVIDE THE CUTTING TOOLS AND THIS SYSTEM IS READY TO USE.
The mill/lathe/drill portion (Base Machine) of the system is about 1 year old. The CNC retrofit portion is about 5 months old.
This system has only been used by Model Shop CNC, Inc. personnel.
- CNC Combo Model 550 and 550 Series 3 Channel Controller.
- Variable Speed Mill and Lathe Spindles.
- Mach 3 Software and license with our Model Shop CNC manual mode DRO system for both Mill/Drill and Lathe.
- Precision anti-backlash ballnuts and lead screws with less than 0.0002/inch error. It works as a CNC or Manual Mill/Lathe/Drill with a built in DRO.
- Three Jaw Lathe Chuck with inner and outer teeth.
- Wrenches and adjustment tools.
- We are also including a Machine Stand - Brand New in the Box. (A $249.00 Value)
Machine function modes include:
- Manual Lathe Threading with DRO.
This system can be upgraded to a 4 channel controller for an additional charge. The fourth channel can be used with or 4th Axis Rotary table.
