PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: The Air Source Combi-Cart is a mobile breathing air system designed to provide high air flow for up to five air line supplied respirators each up to three hundred feet from the Air Source Cart while simultaneously operating up to four different pneumatic rescue tools each at their own selected pressure. Multiple tools, such as high pressure air bags, air shoring struts, low pressure high lift bags, abrasive cut off saws, pac hammers, and other air tools can be operated at the same time, at their correct pressures. The Air Source Combi-Cart uses two Self Contained Breathing Apparatus cylinders of any make, model, size, or pressure rating, and is available with an optional truck air inlet to recharge the cylinders while continuing to operate the four tool and five respirator outlets. An electronic alarm module with visual warning lights and audible alarm monitors for low air pressure from either cylinder or from remote truck air source. Visual pressure gauges monitor the high-pressure supply side as well as both low pressure manifold systems (Tool manifold and respirator manifold).
APPLICATIONS: For heavy rescues in toxic environments where up to five rescue personnel would be required to wear SAR's while simultaneously using pneumatic rescue tools; confined space rescues involving entrapment, natural and terrorist disasters, major haz mat and vehicle incidents all may require the use of pneumatic rescue Tools while on airline respirators.
