The Microwave Logic gigaBERT-660 DRx is a Bit Error Rate Receiver and Detector, suitable for system and device evaluation in the frequency range of 1 MHz to 700 MHz. The 5 pseudo-random patterns and 16 bit (32K optional) programmable WORD, provide a variety of built-in data patterns for BER evaluation. The DRx Data and Clock Input structure provide a flexible interface for differential or single ended Clock and Data signals.
