This mixer features a powerful 5 HP motor that can meet the most demanding of operations. The timer features "hold" and "jog" settings, giving the operator flexibility for non-timed receipes. The bowl tilt lever allows you to tilt the bowl up to a 90 degree angle, making pour out and removal of the product easy and quick.
The safety interlocks prevent operation unless the bowl cover is closed and latched, and is not tilted more than 20 degrees from it's vertical position. The bowl's diameter is 19" and it has a clear polycarbonate cover which closes securely and prevents leaking. The built in bowl scraper and mixing baffle keep your products moving continually, allowing for better product consistency.
