The Berkel Planetary Mixer is a heavy-duty commercial mixer that kneads, blends, mixes and aerates ingredients with consistency. It has 5 speeds, a completely enclosed and lubricated motor with hardened alloy steel helical planetary gears.
The mixer comes complete with a stainless steel bowl, bowl guard, flat batter beater, spiral dough hoot, wire whip and ingredient chute. You'll have 4 fixed speeds to choose from to mix a variety of ingredients and textures. The mixer starts slowly to prevent splash out. It also has a 15 minute timed operation, which shuts off after the time has elasped.
The bowl guard easily slides open to add ingrediants. A safety interlocks that prevents running if the guard is opened or removed.
