Post Frame (Pole Barn) Material only kit- Perfect for a 2 car garage!!!
Two 9x7 framed openings, one walk-in door with keyed lockset, and 2-3x3 double pane windows with grid.
(Walk-in door and windows are included but overhead doors ARE NOT included.)
NOTE! Tractor in last picture is for representation purposes- TRACTOR IS NOT INCLUDED!! :)
This material only package includes 5x5 CCA Treated posts, 2x8, 2x6 regular & treated, and 2x4 framing lumber (all southern yellow pine), pre-built wood engineeered trusses, 29 gauge (30 year warranty) metal exterior, trim package including ridge cap, corner, rake, window trim, door trims, and ratguard trim, closures for under the ridge cap, nails for lumber fastening, screws for metal application, step-by-step instructions, and layout diagrams. Posts are set on 10' centers, 3/12 pitch trusses are set on 5' centers, interior and exterior top plates are 2x8 yellow pine, bottom plates are 2x6 treated yellow pine, wall girts are 2x6 yellow pine on 30" centers, and roof purlins are 2x4 yellow pine on 26" centers. This barn is rated for 90 MPH wind and 20 LB snow. We can do kit packages with higher wind ratings or heavier snow loads for an added cost upon request. We offer 20 different colors of metal to choose from, and you can do a 2 or 3 tone barn at no added charge. We also will do a personalized peak plate for you at your request for no additional charge!!! (No flooring or interior finishing materials are provided). Email support provided!
Please note that plans provided with kit are for building information only. We provide drawings for construction purposes for many different views, but no engineered stamped blueprints are included. Engineer's blueprints can only be provided by an approved engineer for your state. These plans follow basic IBC codes.
