The AutoCleaver is the world's first fully automatic, ultra high precision fiber optic cleaver. Designed for maximum control in any environment and with typical cleave angle results of less than 0.3 make the AutoCleaver the most accurate, most repeatable fiber cleaver on the market today.
The built in microprocessor controls all the vital parameters such as fiber positioning, automatic clamping, fiber tension and the exact position and speed of the diamond blade. The result is a perfect cleave every time. The diamond blade also has the longest industry blade life; typically more than 35,000 cleaves per blade.
The AutoCleaver is easily adjustable to fit all commercially available fiber holders. The automatic fiber waste disposal system removes any hazardous fiber scraps.
The AutoCleaver comes in a small bench top design, workbench mountable or ready to be integrated into different sub-systems.
