The pelican head slicer attachment Model# UVS-9S has an aluminum housing and comes with an adjustable "S" knife assembly that is designed for thickness control and easy cleaning. The unit fits into a Hobart type #12 hub power head or mixer power drive. This particular model is used for slicing: cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, lettuce, onions, etc.
