Bobcat Toolcat 5600 D-Series All Wheel Steer Loader
This 2007 Bobcat Toolcat 5600 D-Series all wheel steer loader is in very good condition and has just 690 hours. This unit has been extremely well maintained. Oil and filters have been changed well before owner's manual suggests at intervals of half than what is suggested. Genuine Bobcat oil and filters have always been used. In addition 5 gallons of hydraulic oil, 2 hydraulic oil filters, 4 fuel filters and 2 air filters are also included, all genuine Bobcat.
This D-Series unit is nearly identical to the 2010 models on the dealer's floor however, several significant changes have been made to the D-series not found in some early 2007 and all 2006 and prior A, B and C models as explained further down in the listing. The industry standard quick attach plate and hydraulic quick couplers are installed for using most any skid steer attachment allowing the purchase or rental of many, many different attachments under 1500 pounds. The hydraulic dump bed can carry up to 2000 pounds.
This Toolcat has been equipped with the following options:
The hydraulic system is fully variable from the cab. You can vary the speed and direction of attachments and lock the speed and direction with 1 button. The system has standard flow which delivers 19 GPM and high flow which delivers a very impressive 28 GPM. Each mode can be varied in both speed and direction with a easy to operate lever in the cab. In combination with the Horsepower Management System not found in earlier models, the machine can direct all of the engine's power to the attachment or the transmission (your choice.) High flow is essential for using high performance snow blowers, mowers or brush cutters, generators, air compressors, chippers, cultivator/tillers, a stump grinder, concrete pump or planer as well as several other attachments.
This includes 10 additional lights on the machine as well as 3 mirrors that allow the unit to be operated on most roads. Head lights, tail lights, turn signals, back-up and brake lights as well as a back-up alarm are included with this package. Also includes a lower engine protector that protects the critical engine components from flying debris. Check with your local government prior to using on roadways.
Enclosed Cab Package with Climate Control
The cab package includes: Locking doors, floor mats, windshield wipers, 3 speed adjustable blower for the heater and air conditioner unit which is directed thru 7 vents for both operators and the windows after being filtered thru a 2-stage air filter.
Cold Weather Operation Package
This package includes a 7 pin attachment control plug on the outside of the machine and switches inside the cab to operate attachments that require more than one hydraulic function such a snow blower, chipper, stump grinder, grapple, combination bucket, snow or dirt blade.
Auxiliary Hydraulic Port Relief Valve
Prevents hydraulic hose or seal bursting, damage to the Toolcat's hydraulic system and damage to the attachment when operating attachments such as tillers, snow blowers, grapples or combination buckets or other attachments that can come to an abrupt stop under full load. This also eliminates the need for the very annoying shear pins that seem to only break at the worst possible time.

The latest and greatest D-Series version of the 5600 56HP turbo-charged units several major enhancements including: Side mounted for easier maintenance with direct injection for fuel efficiency and effortless cold weather starting (temperature controlled glow plugs are also included for very harsh winters.)
The engine is installed on the well-balanced, low center of gravity, spine frame with an extended wheelbase for increased stability and 4 wheel now completely independent suspension for absolutely unmatched ride quality and traction which keeps all 4 wheels on the ground for increased traction to get you out of uneven terrain.
The Horsepower Management System saves fuel and just as importantly increases attachment performance by directing the engines power to the attachment to maintain productivity under heavy loads and reducing engine HP in lighter conditions. The system can managed by the operator via the dashboard in just seconds.
The front loader arm is now made of two sections instead of 1 box style construction found in some 2005 and prior models. This design provides increased strength and an increased load capacity of 2000 pounds up to a height of 3 feet and 1500 pounds up to full height. The roll-back force has also been substantially increased to from 670 pounds to 2500 pounds!
The Hydrostatic Traction Control System (HTC) combines locking differentials in both the front and rear axles and hydraulic drive control to give more horsepower to the tire with the most traction to get you out of more situations than ever before.
The dashboard is now lit with pure white LED's for increased visibility and long life.
The twin 8 gallon tanks of prior modes have been replaced by a single easy to fill 20 gallon fuel tank which will even accept most high flow truck stop style diesel nozzles.
Includes provisions for the Power Bobtach system which allows the operator to install or remove attachments at the push of a button inside the cab.
