Steam & refridgerated double sided prep table
This table came out of a Hardee's fast food restaurant and works. This table was custom built for efficient production.This table has 7 refrigerated bays and 2 steam bays. The cold bays will fit pans and the steam bays fit full pans or an arrangement of smaller pans. The table is double sided. With 1 door on each side for access to the refrigerator compartment under the table. It has Heated plate rails on both sides with the cold and hot bays down the middle. It measures 90 long X 36 wide X 61 to the top of the storage compartments. It is a direct wire unit with 30 AMP Single Phase. This table was made by Fab-x metals inc. on 10/25/99.
