Pmcâ„¢ multiposition hot plate/stirrers 9 position 529P
(Barnstead Intl.) Rugged hot plate/stirrers feature a 10 x 10 porcelain-coated, stainless steel top for chemical resistance and easy-to-use front control panels. The units are housed in an aluminum chassis and painted with chemical-resistant epoxy paint that is designed to keep spills outside the case. Hot plates can be set from ambient to 350 C. Settings for hot plate include off, high and low with five divisions in between. All have separate indicator lights. Include a solid-state motor speed control for each stirring position capable of stirring aqueous solutions from 100 to 1200 rpm. Speed control switches off counterclockwise and has 10 divisions to full speed. Units have a lighted main on/off switch. Hot plate/stirrers can be used to heat only, stir only or heat and stir simultaneously. Operate on 115VAC, 50/60 Hz.
