Portable electric line 2-5 inch boring bar cat deere


Good Used Electric drive Line boring Machine.
Used to repair bores on heavy machinery, not engine work.
We bought several of these used from a utility company and have had some parts made to make it a complete unit. The power head is a brand new Milwaukee Drill head with variable speed control. The original manufacturer of this bar is unknown.
It appears to be very lightly used if at all.
Includes 3 boring bars, all 1-1/2 inch diameter, that are broached with square tool holes on 3 inch centers that appear to be able to bore from about 2 inch to 4 inch bores. With care you may be able to get down to 1-3/4 bore, but it would be very close. Included are two extender heads that allows for bores up to 5-3/4 or 6 inch with care.
The bars are 24, 48, and 72 inch length. This allows for boring from about 12 inch spacing up to 60 inch spacing.
All bars use 1/2 inch square tools.
Several cutting bits included, along with mounting hardware and set screws.
8 bearing blocks of different styles for your different mounting needs.
Variable speed Milwaukee drive head with manual hand crank feed.
Assorted centering plugs up to 5-1/2 inch diameter and weld on alignment mounts used to hold bearing assemblies.
Comes in a Wooden storage case.
