Brand new Optrex T-51963GD035J-MLW-AGN TFT 3.5" QVGA (240x320) TFT LCD with LED backlight and touchscreen (link is http://optrex.com/products/partdetail.asp?PartNumber=T-51963GD035J-MLW-AGN). These are transflective so they have some degree of sunlight visibility. Note they are meant for portrait orientation (hence the 240x320 resolution). I have 10 of these - they were purchased new for a project that was canceled.
