Delta / milwaukee 14" DP220 antique drill press

I havn't turn it on in over year. When i did it ran for a few minutes and stop and started humming and I turn it off. Could be the starter I dont know . It did work fine the last time i used it.
The frame fits a post that has been welded to a plate of steel see picture no.3 it look to be home made
On the left side of the frame are raised letters ( DP 220 ) and there is a small crack in it at the top close to the post.
On the right side there is a serial no. plate ( 30 - 8461 )
The front red cover has a small plate on it with ( DELTA and MILWAUKEE under it )
I think there is a cover that goes over the belt run, but i do not have it.
Behind the post the motor mount has two pins that slide into the frame ,that will adjust in and out for belt adjustment
The motor mount also adjust up and donw for speed change.
On the motor mount in raised letters
On the right sde of the motor it self has a plate on it the only thing i can make out are the numbers ( cm 62180 ) stated in it
On the left side of the motor it has a switch box with the off and on switch in it
The back of the motor the started is mounted on the motor
I do not have the the plate for the motor that covers the wiring.
On top of the motor is a four step pully that is broke but it still worked fine. It had been like that the whole time i had it.( see picture 12 for broken pully )
The other end of the belt the pully is fine also a for step pully.
The chuck comes off with a tap that fits on a tapering shaft.
One box 25" x 16" x 12" that weights just under 70 lbs.
One box 20" x 16" x 7" that weights 36 lbs.
