Eip 451 microwave frequency counter *works* 950M-18G
This unit is the EIP 451 950Mhz - 18Ghz Frequency Counter. It has been tested in our lab and after about a 30 minute warmup is shown checking a signal from our HP Sig Gen and compared to our HP counter which is tied into a GPS time base. Unit comes with a power cord and a CD Copy of the manual.
