This pH meter has a large gage running from 0 to 14 pH, +700 to -700 MV, and +1400 to -1400 MV. Knobs on the front include temperature (0-100 C), standardize, and function (auto TC, ref, man TC, test, +/-1400, zero and +/-700). There's also a "standby/use" switch. On top are two wire binding posts for a recorder, a 1/4" phono connector labelled "auto temp comp", a one-pin "pol" connector, and an input and ref connector for an electrode. On the side is a rod for mounting an electrode support.
When plugged in and turned on the needle twitches and its position can be adjusted with "standardize". However, the function knob appears to be broken; the knob itself is loose and the rod it's mounted on will not turn. It's not clear what function the knob is jammed on. This knob will require unjamming for full use of this unit.
