NSF-approved for Commercial use, this 412-8-NCT provides reliable service and dependable performance pizza after pizza. This version has the CLOSED WIRE technology, which is more durable than the open-wire elements in the 412-3-NCT model. In fact, the sheathed heating elements above and below virtually eliminate the possibility of wire breakage. That said, by concealing the wire heating elements, this unit will reach 500 F and cook a pizza in about 10-12 minutes.
