This is a vintage D.C. voltage meter in EXCELLENT condition. There is a bit of tarnish on the outer chrome area. The glass is perfect and the bakelite area on the back that looks like a stain is actually part of the bakelite.
This meter has been bench tested on a TEKTRONIX PS2511 Programable D.C. power supply and it reads as it should.

Glass fronted, chrome plated body. 375mm earth cable with point contact probe.
EXCELLENT: Shows faint evidence of usage. May have some light imperfections.
VERY GOOD: Noticeable signs of moderate use. May have some imperfections but still nice.
GOOD: Noticeable signs of normal use and may have more visible imperfections which should be apparent in photo. Issues are cosmetic. Item functions as intended.
FAIR: Noticeable signs of wear from heavy use and/or some functional issues which will be noted. Typically, this item is either worth investing in for repair, parts or is vintage with issues.
