There are no lids for the urns included. This item has some cosmetic imperfections from use. The decaf urn handle is loose and the power plug will need to be replaced.
A Restaurant Equipment Technician inspected this item and he stated that the controls appear to be working, the indicator lights are coming on, and it heated and dispensed water.
