Looks good older used functional-we did power it up. Desparately needs new paint but other wise fine. New backer bearing wheel on upper blade support.
The image above shows the electric wheel brake. The one below shows the blade guide lift assist chain.
The foot pedal in the image above acts upon the drive wheel behind the lower wheel visible in the image below.
Note the table tilt drive and blade tension indicator in the images above.
