NOTE: The technology of the machine has been upgraded for 2009, the new Infrared Beam technology does not require the extra lenses anymore for the opening to 35mm, so, still while we cut the lenses from the pictures, the technology has been improved , no extra lenses are required for the beam expansion.
This is a brand new, Model Super Kada 862D++ soldering/rework station from Kada, an entry level desoldering/soldering rework station for surface or hole mount components. With 862D++ , you get a temperature controlled rework welder station with all the enhancements including IRDA preheating surface, Infrared centered or disipated preheating, Brusheless Suction Engine Controllated by CPU, All controllers are fully digital.
With the hot air output of this unit, you can perform surface mount rework in seconds, without damage to either components or PC boards. Just attach a nozzle onto the hot air tool, place the nozzle over the QFP, SOP, PLCC or SOJ to be desoldered, apply hot air to melt the solder without ever touching the component or PC board, and gently lift the component from the board. Soldering of the replacement SMD is just as easy. Other applications include thermal testing of electronic components, shrink-wrapping protective packaging, and welding thermoplastics. FOR BGA , use the IRDA Ceramic preheating plate and your Infrared light gun for the Mini BGA chips or chips secured by hooks in the middle of the chips, for turbo car chips or controlling speed chips is special to mount, dismount and make controlling boards.
The 862D++ 4in1 is the best tool for Chip soldering of all types with its wide range of adjustment of the air volume and temperature settings. For greater efficiency the same nozzle can be used for both soldering and desoldering. It also features automatic cooling to protect the heating element and handle when the power switch is turned off.
