Purepouch Medical Packaging Machine - Very clean unit - Powers up as shown - Air solenoid, regulator,gauge and antistatic hand nozzle test out OK - E-stop and Reset buttons test out OK - The three access door safety interlock switches test out OK - Pouches advance when the jog button (F2) is pushed. Last two pictures show the control system with the cover removed. Input LED on the Keyence PLC lights up when the foot pedal is depressed. Unit waits for the sealer temperature to come within range, but the temperature controller readout is alternating between two states and is not sending energy to the sealer. I do not have a manual so do not know how to test further. Specifications for the unit can be found at http:// /specs.htm
