Wika 300psi pressure gauge on a new Ashcroft 316SS Seal
This item is a new Wika 300 psi pressure gauge installed on a new Ashcroft diaphragm seal.
The WIKA pressure gauge, type 213.40, offer superior service in applications where severe vibration and/or pulsation are encountered. The glycerine filling helps dampen the effects of vibration and pulsation. It also lubricates the movement which extends the life of the gauge. Type 213.40 gauges feature an integral Bourdon tube which is soldered or brazed directly into the one-piece case/socket. This solid construction adds to the stability and long service life of this pressure gauge. It features a 4" dial with an acrylic lens, copper alloy wetted parts, a forged brass case, chrome plated ring, an accuracy of 1.0% of span, and a 1/4"NPT lower mount connection.
This gauge has been installed in an Ashcroft model 10100SSL02TCG stainless steel (316L) type C1215 diaphragm seal. I estimate that the seal connects to a process via a 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" female NPT connection. I measures this with a ruler.
