This carrier has no ballistic value and requires the bullet-proof inserts.

This is a women's carrier and it is Black in color...it is machine washable. This is a size XL/L and the front panel measures 22 1/2 X 14 inches and the back measures 20 1/2 X 14 1/2 inches. These measurements are taken from along the horizontal velcro opening to the ballistic pocket, and vertically along the center line of the vest (not including the "ears"). These measurements represent the overall size of the ballistic pocket, and the plate would be slightly smaller.
