EIT NEW MICROCURE MINIATURE RADIOMETER
EIT MICROCURE RADIOMETER Applications:
* Use in applications that cannot be accessed by EIT's Puck size radiometers including small piece, small conveyor, exposure systems, batch applications and small dimensional objects.
* Use to establish UV curing levels and monitor UV lamp performance.
* Available in 2W and 10W versions.
* Miniature radiometer: 1.3"L x 0.95"H x 0.25"T (33.00mm x 24.13mm x 6.35mm)
* High sampling rate of 2000 samples per second.
* MicroCure is exposed to UV and inserted into the battery powered DataReader to display peak irradiance and energy density values.
QUOTATIONS Until a binding contract has been formed by signing and returning the Proposal, the Proposal is merely a quotation of sale prices. The Proposal is void unless accepted within 14 days of the date thereof.
WAIVER The failure of either party of enforce at any time any of the provisions of this contract shall not be construed to be a waiver of such provisions or of the rights of either party to thereafter enforce, or insist upon strict performance of each and every provision of this contract.
TAXES Quoted prices do not include sales, use, excise, federal or any similar tax nor do such prices include any import tax, duty or similar levy. Any such tax, duty or levy shall be paid by Purchaser, or in lieu thereof the Purchaser shall provide DDU Enterprises, Inc. with a tax exemption certificate acceptable to the taxing authorities.
ESCALATION Because of the fluctuating prices of equipment and supplies which DDU Enterprises, Inc. purchases, the actual sale price to be paid by the purchaser for the equipment and any associated work will be subject to modification by changes in supplier prices from their original purchase order upon which the price to the Purchaser was based. Upon request, DDU Enterprises, Inc. will document for the Purchaser any changes in prices for equipment and supplies which cause an increase to the sale price to be paid by the Purchaser.
RADIATION THE UV PROCESSOR SOLD THEREUNDER PRODUCES RADIATION WHICH ARE DANGEROUS IF SUITABLE PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. THE PURCHASER IS THEREFORE CAUTIONED THAT THE PROCESSOR SHOULD BE OPERATED BY FULLY INSTRUCTED AND EXPERIENCED PERSONNEL ONLY. THE PURCHASER AGREES TO ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY TO INSURE THE PROCESSOR IS OPERATED IN A SAFE AND SECURE MANNER. SINCE THE USE OF THE PROCESSOR IS OUTSIDE DDU ENTERPRISES, INC.? CONTROL, DDU ENTERPRISES, INC. DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES WHICH MAY OCCUR TO PERSONNEL OR PROPERTY DUE TO IMPROPER USE OR FAILURE TO TAKE RECOMMENDED PRECAUTIONS AND THE PURCHASER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD DDU ENTERPRISES, INC. HARMLESS FOR ANY LIABILITY, CLAIM OR DAMAGE WHATSOEVER, ARISING OUT OF ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY DUE TO ANY IMPROPER USE OR MISUSE OF THE PROCESSOR.
ASSIGNMENT This contract shall not be assigned by Purchaser without the prior written consent of DDU Enterprises, Inc.
GOVERNING LAW The laws of the State of California shall apply to the construction, enforcement and interpretation of all contracts and the rights of the parties thereunder.
