Other similar product on the market try to reduce the cost by intergated the high temperature output transformer inside the main unit. OUR system separate the head transformer unit just like our larger industrial 30kw , 60kw machine.
The special upgrade design of this unit has a separated Head unit, this head unit host the high frequency transformer and the water cooling system, this enable this unit has much stable operation and lower operation temperature, therefore extend the reliability of the machine. You only see this arrangement in 30kw+ machine, but only at JLW offer this high performance version with separated head unit.
Another advantage of this feature is, if you using the unit for heat-treat parts, the head unit is easily mobilized, which you can install it on the rail and then can process long parts. The cable allow you to move around from the main unit around 2 meter of range. Which more then enough of most parts.
Electronics main unit can be place away from the cooling oil or water, a much more safe and reliable setup.
