W-Series are ivory in color and are available in 12 , 18 , and 24 with a 5mm seal width. The sealers can seal materials up to 20 mil total thickness. They are equipped with a single and double selector switch. Depending on the thickness of the material, the user has the choice of using 1 or 2 elements for the top and bottom heating. The stand is made of a rectangular frame for safety and stability. Both sealers and stands are steel constructed for quality and durability. The sealers also come with an adjustable work plate.
The manufacturer s replacement kit includes 2 elements.
*Option: A taller stand & tension rod is available for
stand up operation. The stand adds 10 in height
* Insert the material between the seal bars
* Step down on the foot board until the timer light goes off
* Continue to step on the foot board an additional 2-3seconds to set a perfect seal
