This is the CRYSTAL FILTER that is the standard top notch SSB filter in the MOTOROLA MICOM-1,X,XE,RDE,etc.Series of world class SSB Mobile/Fixed Radios. Center frequency is 11.4 MHz and it is a SSB fiter.
It consists of 3 xtal shape cans that are connected in series to each other to obtain the 2.7 KHz 3 dB B.W..This is a very sharp filter with a good stop band factor and a very flat pass band characteristic.LSB operation is archived by placing the BFO oscillator to 11.403 MHz.USB is at 11.400 Mhz.
