On offer are 5 x new old stock Motorola 2N918 low noise RF transistors
These now hard to find parts were very popular in ARRL and magazine articles during the 70' and 80's. Were also extensively used in high end test equipment and receivers as RF and IF amplifiers. The parts are made and tested to the stringent JAN-TX US military spec.
