George Whalley Tool Company Part Number CFT C40-EM12-SPFS-6, which is an Automatic Tool Change Coolant Induced 1-1/4" End Mill holder with a Cat40 shank. These are used on CNC machines without coolant through the spindle to induce coolant via a manifold on the spindle face. The single pin on the side is what mates up to the manifold when the tool is loaded into the spindle. The tool requires a minimum of 100 PSI of coolant pressure to operate, with a maximum of 1000 PSI.
