BF422 NPN High-Voltage Transistor Design Kit with PCB
This is the BF422 High-Voltage NPN Transistor Design Kit #1. It includes 12 pieces of the very popular High-Voltage BF422 NPN Transistor. It comes in the TO-92 Thru-Hole package. This High-Voltage Transistor is rated for a Vceo of 250 Volts and is good for 60 MHz. It is used in Class-B video output stages and in professional monitor equipment and anywhere else where high voltage is switched.
This kit also includes 1/4 Watt Carbon Film Leaded Resistors, some low-voltage NPN & PNP Transistors, Aluminum & Ceramic & Tantalum Capacitors, LEDs, Signal & Power & Zener Diodes, Trimpots, a Relay, LEDs, Potentiometers, Resettable Fuses, EMI Filters and some Electronic Hardware for I/O connections.
To further help with your circuit development, you also get a 162 plated-thru hole PCB. This PCB has 4 mounting holes, is 1.1" x 2.0", and is double-sided.
